We’ve reached No.1 on the list! The always-talked about Atkins Diet made it to No. 1 on Yahoo’s! list of top-searched diet terms so far this year. The Atkins Diet is controversial both in the U.S. and abroad for its claim that a low-carb, high-protein diet can help you lose weight quickly and in a healthy way, with proponents advocating that it can help you to lower your “bad” cholesterol as you lose weight, and skeptics arguing that it’s not a healthy, long-term way to manage weight loss, but it continues to remain popular today.
Well I hope you guys enjoyed that! I for one tried the Cabbage soup diet (FAIL), Low-carb diet (WORKS), Dunkan Diet (Samme as the low carb diet), Never bothered with Atkins diet.
Something that caught my attention is the 17-day diet, where you change eating plans every 17 days to keep your body (metabolism) active and where you can start the day with a friggin cookie hahahaha! Also the P.I.N.K. Diet sounds very attractive because it was tailored for women.
So have any of you tried these before? Any of them work? or helped with your weight loss? I’d love to know.
