Yes you heard that right. Kawaii Fitness will be going under a temporary HIATUS. This will probably last for about 3-5 months depending on how things go with life. I know its really sad and disappointing most specially to my new readers and followers here in Kawaii Fitness.
I promise you guys that I will make it up to ya’ll BIG TIME! It’s just that a lot of thing came up most specially with university and I am unable to manage this site as much as I want it to without compromising everything else that is equally important. :(
But with that said, I will be dropping in from time to time to post new recipes and perhaps printables and motivational quotes for ya’ll.
It has been FOREVER since the last post I made on this blog! And I have to say things have gotten pretty crazy as of late. But not to worry I am back with more Kawaii Fitness stuff. But before that here is a quick recap of what happened while I was away. KHRAFTEESI. As you may or may not know, I opened a shop back in March 2014 called Khrafteesi. It is an accessory shop that is focused on Kawaii (cute) and Otaku/geeky merchandise, and as part of my endeavors, I decided to exhibit them over at a major cosplay event in manila called COSMANIA14. So I was very much preoccupied with that as well as prepping my cosplays.
I don’t want to bore you with those details since this is a “fitness” blog of sorts. So lets tackle fitness. I stopped going to the gym for almost more than 2 months now due to my busy schedule and I have pigged out a lot so i’m sad to say that I have gone back up a few pounds. I’m back to 133-134 lbs so that is a bit of a bummer but it was expected. But since the busy schedules are over and sem break is right around the corner, it is TIME to get back to fitness! I couldn’t be more excited! I miss the gym, I miss the sore. I miss eating healthy. I miss it all. Hopefully I will be able to bring more of the kawaii side of fitness more now. I have been trying to gather up some personal materials for you to make working out and staying healthy fun, easy, and cute. Anyway so expect new posts from me soon. Today marks the last day of Jade and My 68 – Day Challenge!!! I know I wasn’t able to update as religiously as she was with blog thing, mainly because of university took a huge toll and a chunk of my time. But I did my best to squeeze in everything. I really had to give up religious blogging in order to fit all my schedules in. But anyway here is my obligatory progress report for the 68 day challenge.
The day 1 photo is actually 141kg. Yes I really am yo-yoing because of school and stuff. Its like 135-141 -135-141 over and over. But the 68 day challenge plus the SHape up at the gym helped me get out of the 135 -133 plateau.
in 68 days I managed to lose 11lbs. I yo-yoed during the whole thing and I think right now I may be 131lbs but it doesn’t really matter.
Im pretty pleased with this (Before and after/ progress photo). It really helped having someone join you on this journey. An setting smaller goals is really good! There were days when I absolutely pigged out (specially during PMS-days,) but I did my best to eat clean and moderately.)
Anyway this concludes my 68 day challenge and today is the 1st of August and Im going to start a new challenge today.
Hello everyone. I know I know it has been forever (yet again). I have been very busy as of late. Prelim exams just ended and now is the start of the midterm season (not the exam though).
I just wanted to drop by yet again to let you guys know how things have been going with my 68-day challege with Jade.
Though I havent been updating much, I have been trying to get this challenge done (even during my busy schedules) I had to give up blogging for a while in order to accomodate everything else I had to do which includes going to the gym.
Right now am finally below the 60kg mark and it wasn’t easy getting there. I felt like I have been on this yo-yo plateau for the longest time. But finally after stopping gym and starting back to gym I got my weight to nudge a bit.
I cant wait to start making video blogs again with Kawaii Fitness. I need to focus more on this blog and getting more content up again.

Well hello there Kawaii Fitsters! its been 18 days since I last updated its been such a roller coaster ride with me and juggling my schedules. School, work, gym. I cant even blog anymore because i am so filled with too many things. Lesson learned, I will only take up a few subjects next semester so that I have time to do what I want and have to do that is aside from school.
Im sorry this is a very lame and short update. I just stole some time to let you know Im still alive and kicking. on my next post will be some progress photos.
Well hello there Kawaii Fitsters! it is day 50 for me and this is the half way mark of my 100 days. it usually this last half that is always the hardest. So I’m kicking it off by joining this event at our gym.
So it is a 6 week challenge. roughly about 42-ish days perfect for the remaining time I have on my hands. if i win this I get cash prize which is a big deal for me because that prize money will go to my cosplay this October!! I NEED MONEY FOR MY COSPLAY! hahahah! So there. I’ll be talking with my trainer about this and I hope he whips my butt some more. I am half way there but I need that extra little push because it seems I have hit yet another plateau. So wish me luck you guys!

Breakfast: 2 sunny side ups and red rice, Snack: ramyun (Korean noodles) and a mango smoothie Lunch: red rice and creamy chicken with broccoli Dinner: chicken burrito and a surfer’s green smoothie.
