For this challenge. All you need to do it to follow this 5 day workout for 30 days or for a month. Its Only a Monday – Friday workout and it relatively easy!
Day 1: How would you rate your level of energy 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. And post your stats.
Day 2: What are your top 5 workout songs that you listen to?
Day 3: Which part of your body is your trouble spot?
Day 4: Which part of you body do you like the most?
Day 5: What was your favourite sport or activity as a child? why?
Day 6: Minus whatever factor there may be, given the chance which sport would have loved to pursue?
Day 7: Are you looking forward to your workout tomorrow? Why?
Day 8: Do you eat healthy whilst on this challenge?
Day 9: What is your favourite workout drink? Why?
Day 10: Can you feel a change in energy level after 2 weeks of consistently working out?
Day 11: What will you reward yourself once you complete this challenge?
Day 12: Do you prefer exercising alone or with a friend?
Day 13: What is your favourite cardio workout? why?
Day 14: Do you look up to someone for inspiration in weight loss? who? why?
Day 15: You are halfway there! How are you feeling?
Day 16: Do you smoke? Drink?
Day 17: Post your workout attire and share to us why you prefer those items.
Day 18: Do you work out inside an air conditioned room?
Day 19: Are you considering getting a club/gym membership?
Day 20: What are you favourite snacks to munch on after working out?
Day 21: they said it takes 21 days to develop a habit. How are you with your workout challenge?
Day 22: How do you keep yourself motivated to get up every day to complete your challenge?
Day 23: Have you influenced anyone to try this 30-day workout challenge?
Day 24: Would you rather workout while watching T.V. or just listening to some tunes?
Day 25: How much time would you normally spend each on the internet?
Day 26: Do you have a blog? Website? tumblr? where you post your workout challenge?
Day 27: Post a funny photo of yourself
Day 28: Do you always check your weight on the weighing scale?
Day 29: Almost there. Are you glad its almost over?
Day 30: Weigh yourself. Any changes? Rate your energy level from 1 to 10.

With a healthy diet and solid six pack work out routine you will be unstoppable. Just be certain to actually consider activity. You might really feel that you need some time to adjust to a new lifestyle and that’s fine. Consider it one day at a time. It does not matter if it requires weeks to become loyal to your routine just keep on moving forward.

hi there, the weekly workout routine, do you first do 20 minutes cardio and then the reps? Just trying to figure out if “20 min cardio activity” is the heading or additional to the routine.

Hi there Maria,
As for food intake that compliments this 30-day workout challenge, I suggest that you cut your refined carbs down to half. If you are feeling brave you should cut out all refined carbs and stick to whole wheat stuff or no carbs at all. Stay away from fatty unhealthy junk food. Drink at least 8glasses of water each day or 2 liters of water.

I just started this Monday and I’m also incorporating the Pilates 30 day Monday challenge with it (I’ll probably add more as my fitness level rises). I’ve been so blah and after 1 day I felt so much better. I’m excited to change this part of my life.

It depends on what you eat really.
Some people lose a lot of weight and other barely do.
In order to get the maximum results of the challenge
you have to eat clean and avoid junk food.
Im not familiar with “stones” measurements but you can lose up to 5kg (healthily) in 30 days.

I know this may sound like a silly question.. but do you only do these circuits once through.. or do you repeat 2 or 3 times? they seem short…?

Take into consideration the 20 min of cardio you have to do at the beginning of each circuit ^_^
I didn’t specify how many sets because this is supposed to be easy for people hwo are just starting out in their fitness journeys.
But when I would do this, I usually do some alterations to meet my own level of fitness. 🙂 Feel free to do more than 1 set. 😛 The more the better.
