      Good luck Dane!
Remember it takes 21 days to develop a habit (whether healthy or not) if you succeed in doing this then your sweet tooth will be “normalized” and you wont be craving so much for those unhealthy things. 😛
here is a nice suggestion. Why don’t you draw a simple artwork everyday to help you with your 21 day challenge. Like how you are feeling about the whole no JUNK FOOD CHALLENGE. and post it on your deviant art in its separate album. 🙂
      Stay Strong!

I am on Day 5..I feel great!
I made sure I went grocery shopping ahead of time so I could stay focused and not give
in to cravings…the first two days were hardest..but it is easier now that I feel the results already

Alright… So I’m gonna try this… I’ve been dieting since January and so far I’ve lost 32lbs. But I have a question. By “No Ice Cream” Does that include frozen yogurt also?

I noticed that a lof of peoples weaknesses are sweets. i can’t really relate much because I am not particularly fond of sweets. But if they were to take away spicy food then I can relate.

You can do it! Just remind yourself of the awesome future outcome!

As long as the bread doen’t have refined sugar. Whole wheat bread is good, Whole grain. rye, pumpernickle, etc.. just check the ingredient list for any refined sugar. If there is then its a no go. Just bye whole wheat bread. ^_^

What is your current weight, and than further down if you wear a bikini or not is the question at a glance voinv through tis site which I tought was of some sense!! There is more to it than the image and the weight…..what do we really want our kids to learn from all this?? Time flies and the kids grow up and our body changes along but in the long run it is the e energy level and how well we cope with the day to-day needs that counts and not if we wear a bikini or not!!

Generic Viagra soft tabs are newly launched sexual inhibitors that work by improving male abilities to get the organ straight within
no time after consumption. When a man is sexually excited, the arteries in his
penis relax and widen. The clove is extracted using small equipment that
crushes and squeezes the oil out of the bud.

      Don’t fret. its okay.
      Here try this one
      http://kawaiifitness.com/2014/04/22/free-printable-21-day-junk-food-free-challenge-tracker/

It is a tracker for the junk free challenge. I too have a hard time dealing with junk food so I made myself, (and my readers) a super cute printable.

Remember that one slip up doesn’t mean you failed. It just means you have to get right back up again and keep on pushing through each day. 🙂

No one is perfect, specially when completing challenges, So i think it is better to just go through everyday. Tick off when you resisted and and you gave in. Then at the end you can see, and I mean REALLY see if you’ve done more JUNK FOOD FREE DAYS or not. Then you can challenge yourself to do better the next time around 🙂

I know you can do it!!!
      cheering you on!

      xx

Hello there! I know this is kinda off topic nevertheless I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest writing a blog post or vice-versa?

My website addresses a lot of the same subjects as yours
and I feel we could greatly benefit from each other.
If you might be interested feel free to send me an e-mail.
I look forward to hearing from you! Excellent blog
    by the way!

21 days to develop a habit, that’s all it takes? Incredible. I am so doing this because I’ve never found motivation and I always give in. No more giving in, I am ready for this and I’m excited!
