How do you deal with being around food?
- I used to have such a hard time being around food because I was such a big foodie. But now I can manage myself better around food by adding a lot of chili on my food. I love chili and it helps make the food more tasty at the same time helps you to feel full faster and boosts your metabolism by 8% and makes you drink lots of water in between bites. This way I don’t get too tempted to eat TOO much .
