- My Favourite diet from before was the South Beach diet because it spoke well to the carnivore in me, but after seeing what it had done to my father I figured it was not the best thing to do for life. Right now Im just doing the healthy skinny girl diet. Basically follow the chart on how many calories you can eat for the day, but do not include the fruits or veggies. So you can gorge all you want on the healthy things and keep tabs on the not-so- healthy stuff.
