This is a late post. I was supposed to write this yesterday but I wasn’t feeling too good. So anyway here goes. After a week or so of not being able to go to the gym to work out. I’m finally back and I went ahead and started on JAMES GRAGE REWIRED workout program.

    I think the benefit of actually thinking about what you’re doing is that eventually, if you keep actually lifting or fitting it whatever, you’ll be better off for it. However in the short term, you can waste possibly a few years just trying new stuff out and seeing what works and what doesn’t until you find a pattern of stuff you can do that fits your constitution, (whether it be diet, workout rep/set/intensity ranges, what have you) so that’s the problem. I think too, with personal constitution, it’s better to look at not what other people say, but their results. This method here I think tends to fix paralysis by analysis a little bit. Obviously anyone can rationally argue any theory to the moon, but it’s much more telling if the other person has the results you want.

    Or whatever. I don’t know. Eventually everyone just does whatever they want to do.
