Two weeks ago I caught a viral infection which really affected me and got in the way of working out. I was very sick and my blood platelet count was very low. So I was unable to workout at all for about a week. But now that I am better its time to kick it off once again and bounce right back on track.
Most people will probably give up at this rate. Getting sick a a huge setback with ones fitness, but don’t let it ever be a reason for you to quit.
So I’m doing much better now than the past 2 weeks but I have to be honest with you, I have gotten a bit weaker than prior to my illness. I am unable to do the same high intensity workouts I used to. I guess I’ll just have to work back up to it from here on.

Also its almost chinese new year so I’m temporarily changing the background and the header of the blog to match this season’s holiday ^_^
