Hey everyone! I actually just came home from Future Dance Ensemble practice at the Beijing University.

Its my first time to do dance with them (practice rather) and I have to say its like cardio, and yoga and Pilates and a whole bunch of stretching. I was pushed to my limits tonight but I kinda enjoyed it. Besides this is a great way to achieve one of my goals this year. Which is  To be able to do the splits. Soon enough I will be able to do this and I will be so happy.

Anyway tomorrow I’m pretty sure my body will hurt like crazy but I’m going to love every moment of it!
