Rainbow pizza

Rainbow Pizza

I found this nice little awesome recipe online and I wanted to share it with you!

Rainbow pizza

You know you’re giggling right now.

Is this not the most ridiculous thing you’ve ever seen in your entire life? You WANT to hate it. You do. But dudes, it’s a freaking rainbow.

Why again did I make you a rainbow pizza? Oh, let me just lay it out for you:

A) Pizza could and should just go ahead and take the place of my blood.

B) Vegetables are good and pretty and pretty and good.

C) I ran out of unicorn sparkler decorations for muffins.

Aaaand here we go! Grab a Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust, some maters, taters, pesto, a yellow squash, a green bell and an orange bell.

Rainbow pizza ingredients

Give yer rainbow veggies a dice.

Diced veggies

And oh! Dice up the potatoes and roast them for about 20 minutes. Par-roast them. Is that a word?

Then you’ll just spoon the pesto over the pizza in the shape of a rainbow, and layer all the veggies in the order of the colors of the rainbow! And then cut the dough away like I’m doing here to make it even more rainbow-y!

Pull center of dough away

Puuuuull the dough away.

Pull the dough away

Puuuuuull some more dough away.

Pull the side dough away

Bake her up and….rainbow! You’re so laughing right now.

Rainbow pizza

I want to say “taste the rainbow” but I don’t want to get sued and/or dropkicked.

Aside from the fact that this is completely hilarious, it’s actually REALLY REALLY tasty. You should totally rainbow.

There you go. 😛 This post was taken from http://bit.ly/Q9oe7A
