Hello my lovely readers. Tonight is a little special for me because I was reaffirmed that I am really losing the weight and its not a dream. I know at times when we have been stuck inside a fat body and then we start losing weight it is  kinda surreal.

So here is a toast to the women who were able to conquer the battle of the buldge.

Well there you have it! 10 wonderful women who fought and won the battle against fat! If they can do it, I am pretty sure that you guys can too. I always turn to these photographs to remind me that someday I will be able to share to the world my own Before and after photos and hopefully it can be used to inspire others as well.

Before and After Thinspiration

Here are some Before and After Motivational Photos.  Some people say it cannot be done. Even I think it can’t be done but maybe once you take a look at these photographs by real people with no photo manipulation used, you might want to give it another shot, and for real this time.

You will never know what you can achieve unless you try. These women definitely tried and succeeded with much determination and will power. I know I can do it and you can do it too!
