- When did you start attempting to lose weight and why?

  • About a year ago. Because I was unable to fit into any of my clothes and when I looked at myself in the mirror I was disgusted with how Fat I was. I started at almost 150LBS! So I decided to just DO IT and attempt to lose weight.

Hey everyone! sorry I forgot to post yesterday. :P still adjusting back to Beijing life in winter time. but anyway here is Day 3.

So what has been keeping me occupied lately besides trying to figure out my work status and cleaning the house? Well my cosplay life. Because of my weight loss progress I have new found confidence to start cosplaying. The hobby I’ve been dying to actually do for the longest time. I love it. I love every bit of cosplay. From the fans to the haters. The drama and the excitement. So I’ve been setting up nd reviving my old cosplay and anime accounts and that takes up a lot of time. Don’t worry I am still very much dedicated to fitness and weight loss. Since I still have a long way to go.

Anyway I will share with you a photo of mine during one of the shoots/events I went to while I was in Manila.

This was from the very first photoshoot. I like the progress I’ve made and its really paying off. Its just the plateaus i get that’s the killer. I really wont budge below 125-130lbs at the moment :( waaaaaah. Its been 2 months and I’m still at the same place. But I have to admit I did lift weights last month and I gained some muscle and I’m quite proud of it.

Anyway. I leave it at that. What do you guys think of my progress?

This was taken just a few weeks ago. at 130lbs. I know I gained some muscle weight… >.>….

Finally I am back!!!! Im so happy to be blogging again! Although I wont be posting as detailed as I used to because I will have very little time left to do other stuff that I have to complete.

Anyway if you have noticed there is a new Thinspirational Journey banner for Fit and Lean 2013! I like this phrase because it Rhymes! Don’t you think so? Also I updated the background. You know how much I really like the Pink color scheme. I am a big girly girl. Although you have to forgive the really bad graphics and stuff because Im not really good with the whole graphics designing-thing. So Im thinking of holding a logo and banner making contest for 2013. Of course there will be a prize but I’m not sure what I’m giving out yet.

9. What is the easiest move in Pilates for you?

  • I would have to say peel ups and 100′s. Maybe its because its one of the first Pialtes moves I’ve learned and I found it easy to execute. ^-^

Whew! That looks like a lot of entry for today! I’m actually really happy about my workout logs as of late and Fitocracy really helps me a lot in getting motivated to workout! I love logging in my cardio and workouts. Although its sad that most of the blogilates moves are not availble in the Fitocracy database. I really had to look for them but oh well as long as I am able to move my body and work them out and train insane.

Yes as you saw I ate a GIANT slice of Pizza! I don’t regret it that much because it was so damn good! But this will probably be the last time I will eat pizza like that ever again. I will stick to eating healthier alternatives to that. ^-^

Sundays are the usual for me. Rehearsals from 2:30pm until 9:30pm. So we had to eat dinner at the theatre so I had that Chinese dinner set. Its not so bad at least they had egg in it for my protein. But the other veggies has a bit too much oil in it just like all other Chinese food available here in Beijing. Don’t get me wrong it tastes sot it is the oil and the overload in sodium and MSG :( . Maybe next time I will just pack my own food for Sunday Rehearsals.

I’m going so I can burn all the things I ate today because believe it or not. Having 8 hours of sleep actually is a great way to get your metabolism working! No matter how much you’ve eaten you will burn it all in your 8 hour sleep. Sleeping is kinda like  a fast as well if you really think about it! So make sure you all get 8 hours of sleep everyday! And you might even start losing weight as well.

  • I dunno if its a Pilates move but I love Side Planks! And Side Dippers! Those are my favourite workouts to do when doing Pilates. Candle Stick dippers is also another one and 100′s

Saturday Insanity of the 30 Day Pilates Challenge

OMG you guys! Did you see I totally killed it today! I’m so proud of myself! I was really busy today too. The whole morning I helped my mother clear out and clean the receiving room and dining room and the kitchen. It took the whole DAY from morning till around 7pm It was rather tiring then right after dinner I had some oolong tea to help breakdown the pesto pasta I had and then went straight to workouts!

It was so good to eat healthy and wholesome foods today! My favourite was my snack! I want to tell you guys all about it!

So my mother started craving for some SNICKERS BARs but I immediately protested and told her how unhealthy those things were. And she complained that she wanted something sweet and chunky. So I said I will fix something for an afternoon snack. So I looked around the house and I saw some Bananas and our chunky peanut butter spread and got a GREAT idea.

1. I carefully peeled and Sliced the Banana along its length
2. Spread the chunky peanut butter in one of the halves
3. Covered it with the other half of the banana
4. Served and ate it like a snickers bar

It tastes incredible! And its healthier than those processed chocolate bars full of SUGAR and unhealthy crap. Mom loved it SOOOOO much and asked me to make more tomorrow. You should try it! Super easy to make!

  • I saw this tumblr post on different types of workouts and it was a blogilates printable. Then I decided to visit the blogilates site.Then i was hooked ever since. ^-^ And oh so inspired by Cassey Ho.

OMG this is such a late post. I was supposed to write this about 4 hours ago but I was so caught up in getting an order of Encarded‘s new Deck Release the Aurum. For those of you who don’t know I am a card collector. Poker Cards. Yeap. I’m a dork. Hahaha! But what can I say I love them! I just got 4 decks in the mail today and Im very happy. Enough about that.

Oh Friday workout is soooooooooooo hard and FUN at the same time! I was so dying doing the inverse Shoulder press and the Butt Ups. But so totally worth it! I can’t wait to get stronger and stronger so I can start doing even more crazy workouts!

Speaking of which don’t forget to join me in www.fitocracy.com  I know some of you guys already joined in and I’m so happy that I have other people to workout with there. I just ranked up to Level 4 I think and I’m only a few more points to get to level 5. its so much fun! Anyway I think i wanted to do what April from Journey to Binge Free is doing and logging my weight in the morning and in the evening just so see.
