Hey everyone. As per usual I haven’t updated my blog in a long time yet again. (I am planning on changing this ASAP). Our performances 2 weeks-ish ago was a blast! I had such a great time dancing and singing. I wanted to share some photos with you from various people who took them during the show.

And there is me. Right smack in the middle. This was during the Country Section where i performed (sang) , “Before He Cheats” by Carrie Underwood. I was so glad that I am able to fit the 8-sizes too small dresses ^-^ A very good reason to lose weight hahaha!!

So I was really happy when i lost just the right amount of weight and dropped down at least 2 sizes for the show.

{I Lost 10 lbs from March till now!}

Hey everyone! I know I have not been on again lately mainly because I have been very busy with a lot of things and I was not able to make proper time for my Fitness blog which is Thinspirational Journey. But now I have a little bit of time so I will be updating you with what has happened to me the past 3 months.

I gained a lot of weight over the beginning of the year which was mainly my fault for losing control of my diet. But then March up until now I managed to get back on track. Here are my progress photos

So yeah as you can see with proper focus You will be able to accomplish it. And of course good motivation. Mine was our dance performance which is coming SOON. In 5 DAYS! Im so excited and nervous!

Anyway I just wanted to share that.

In case you were wondering. I did the 30 Day Shred Jillian Michaels and lifted weights and danced. And of course watched my caloric intake.

46 Days | I Miss Counting Calories

I have to admit I really miss counting calories. It made me feel like Im in control of my eating habits more than when I don’t. I know this will harbor a lot of mixed reactions from different people because every person has different views on Calorie Counting.

For me it just really helps me keep track and stay on track of my eating lifestyle. So I guess starting tomorrow I will start using myfitnesspal.com once again to count my caloric intake for the sake of keeping and staying on the right track.

47 Days | A Hike and Partying Until Dawn


{47 Day until Performance}

Hey everyone I haven’t updated in a week or so. Mainly because of all the things that have come up suddenly. Anyway here a recap of last weeks activities.

pril 6th which was the Qing Ming Holidays here in Beijing we went on a day trip to the Miyun County and took a short hike up the YeXian mountain. It was so much fun and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have any difficulties in tackling it. I even ran, sprinted, and jumped all the way down as well and I did not run out of breath. I guess all the working out is paying off. Here are a few photos of my trip.

when we reached the bottom again I decided to take some jumping photographs. :) This one is my favourite. All that Dance rehearsals are paying off. :P

I thoroughly enjoyed the climb. After that we went back to the city and at around 9pm headed to Salsa Carribe and then later on at SPARKS club for some late night to early morning partying.

This is what I wore during the clubs and this was the make up I out on. Yay or nay?

As you can imagine that day was really jam packed and by the next morning I had to go to Dance rehearsals.  Come sunday I was so beat I could hardly walk properly. It took me almost 3 days to recover so basically missed 3 days of working out. :(

have you ever experienced having to recover from this kind or something similar for three days or longer? If so did you feel bad about missing your workout schedule?

Cauliflower Crust


I found this neat recipe on my tumblr dashboard and decided to share it with you guys. I haven’t tried it yet personally but I will on Sunday!

Cauliflower crust

As some of you have been asking for the cauliflower crust recipe, I decided to write it down; I hope this helps.

1) These are the ingredients I used: cauliflower, eggs, carrots and parsley. Of course you can skip the carrots or the parsley or even add other things.
2) Shred the cauliflower, watch out for your fingers, it might hurt a little.
3) Shred your carrots and add them.
4) Cut the parsley to tiny pieces, add eggs, salt and pepper.
5) Mix everything well!
6) Get your pan and heat up some oil – I used olive oil.
7) Fill the mixture inside of the pan, disperse it a little and put the top back on the pan.
8) Wait about 8 minutes. As long as your cauliflower crust roasts, you can make a nice cup of tea and cut all other ingredients that you want to put on top of your crust, be creative, everything is possible and absolutely delicious!

9) Flip your crust -  It might be difficult and about to break – try to use a plate to flip it. Once you’ve managed this, let it roast on the other side for some more minutes.

10) Now decorate it with anything you want and enjoy this healthy heaven!

55 Days | Lean Out Mini Meal Plan


{55 Days till Performance}

My workouts has been very intense lately but I noticed that shedding the fat is harder than it used to be. I have been very bad in the kitchen and eating a lot of carbs so I have decided along with my sister to start eating clean and leaning out. We will try Cassey Ho’s Lean Out Mini Meal Plan for 7 Days to see how it fares for us.

So I will start making a chart for both my sister and I and I need to make a grocery list so I know which ingredients I will need to follow this kind of meal plan. Although I have to admit this plan has a lot of protein. But anyway I will follow it since I lift weights at home. But I will have to substitute meat with tofu or mushrooms.

Breakfast:
1 bowl Dofunao’r
1 Youtiao’r (Twisted breakfast bread)

Lunch:
- 3 eggwhite spinach omelet
- 1 cup cous cous with red onion, cherry tomatos and fresh parsley- 1 banana with peanut butter

Dinner:
- 3/4 cups cous cous red onion, cherry tomaoes and fresh parsely
- 2 scrambled eggwhites
- 1 banana with peanut butter

Snack:
- none

Workout:- 30 Day shred day 15 level 2
