What was your lowest weight? How and why did you gain?

- My lowest recorded weight was 126lbs. Which was Oct 2011. I gained weight weight again because of Interior Design School. It was so stressful for me and I needed to much energy and sugar and crap to fuel myself for those late night and those last minute drafting. So eating while drafting. eating out. Having burgers, I just let myself go completely. And that really sucked. I almost gained everything I lost. I gained back 13lbs of the 21lbs I lost. And that really sucked big time. But at least its not so bad. It would have been even worse if I have gained EVERYTHING back.

Just wondering, but what does H.W mean? I understand that G.W means goal weight..right? Sorry, I’m just curious cause I want to lose weight too and your blog is the most inspirational thing I’ve come across!
H.W. means Highest Weight you have ever recorded of yourself at any given time during your adult years
or teen years ^-^
Its okay it took me time to figure out the UGWs and the GWs as well.
