Do you have an eating disorder?

- According to my assessment I do have an eating disorder because of my obsession with weight loss and thinspiration. And also I purge when I don’t like the food I eat. You will know I purged if I placed a “{P}” after a certain food in my daily food journal. But I don’t think its anything serious. Its kinda just like puking out alcohol when you’ve had too much or its not good in your system.

Just wondering, but what does H.W mean? I understand that G.W means goal weight..right? Sorry, I’m just curious cause I want to lose weight too and your blog is the most inspirational thing I’ve come across!
H.W. means Highest Weight you have ever recorded of yourself at any given time during your adult years
or teen years ^-^
Its okay it took me time to figure out the UGWs and the GWs as well.
