Totally forgot what I had in these two days. :P

Journal:

Hey guys! I apologize for not being able to update these past few days on my fitness journey. But anyway, I have not lost any weight AT ALL! But my shrinking dress size is something more visible than the number on the scales. I don’t mind it at all. Although I would like the numbers to go down, I’m taking it slow and steady and surely now. I had to learn everything the hard way with this weight loss journey. But I have a realistic goal of reaching 100lbs by January so that for once in my life, my new year’s resolution will not be “to  lose weight this year”  hahahah! I know that most of us are guilty of having that resolution almost EVERY year. correct me if I’m wrong.

Anyway, yesterday I posted my Gluten Free Banana Pancakes that I adapted from blogilates – Cassey Ho. And They were REALLY AMAZING! you can see the post HERE. I really think you guys should try it! I also did an hour worth of Plates and cardio combined, which totally killed me right now. I can barely get my legs to move because its so sore. But my abs don’t stay sore like they used too.

I was able to influence my younger sister to do pilates as well because she said she could really see the results on me. She said that my pooch is getting firmer and smaller and flatter. Although I’m still fat she can see a little bit of definition peeking through the layers of fat in my wist area. So that was a big motivator for me. So I’m definately going to strive more.
Like I mentioned in the Thinspirational Journey facebook page,

“This coming week I’m working out twice as hard since I think I’ve gotten a bit stronger. :P Thanks to Pilates and Vegetarianism. Thanks to all who continuously supports ad motivates me to do and strive better. :P
With all the support im getting from my readers and fans I’m sure to reach my UGW in no time. :P

So yeah. A big thanks to all of you who is really pushing me to succeed in this journey!

    Hey, congratulations on seeing a change. When you are getting thinner the number on the shouldn’t matter so much. My waist is getting smaller but I am staying at 108lbs. You are working hard and you deserve to get what you want. :) xo L

      Thanks! My dad just saw me today after 2 weeks and he said that I did lose weight and gotten smaller than when he last saw me. But I told him I’m still the same in weight. He said impossible but yeah. I think Cassey revived other muscles in my body that were non existent for the longest time hahahah!
