Hey Everyone!!!! Sorry post is a little late. I was very busy today and I still have a lot of things to do. I am now the Assistant Musical Director of Beijing Playhouse’s production of This Christmas’ SNOW WHITE! I am also a returning Intern for the Beijing Playhouse Academy of Performing Arts. So I have been out since 7am until around 5pm today and then I cooked dinner and spent some time with my sister.
Anyway, did you see the photo of the day? That is my weight! I know I posted this yesterday but I have to say that having an actual photo of the scale (that determines my mood for the day) is a big ego booster! I love it! I’m so happy.
Pilates has been going great! I I think I’m starting to feel its benefits on me. I feel stronger even if I just started a few days ago. My metabolism is more efficient now.
Someday I hope to be just like Cassie and help other people with their fitness. SOMEDAY.
Anyway, did you see my lunch?! It was INSANELY HEALTHY and well balanced! Despite the high calorie count it was so worth it! I love the Broccoli and Cauliflower dish so much! MMMMMMM!!!! yum yum!! Anyway I know its not a very interesting post but I just wanted to share this with all of you and log it in for myself.
