Journal:

So I will be starting my 30 day Workout challenge and I’m doing it with fellow blogger Lela (thinandwinning). Its going to be loads of fun I believe. But along with my 30 day Workout challenge  I will also do the warmups we use in dance class to strengthen the knees and arms and core. Its nothing special of course. But still.

This week I did not (am not) doing the LOSE-1-POUND-A-WEEK thing because I forgot to set my milestone widget. So I will do it again on Monday. its okay its just a minor set back but I’m still aiming to lose something before the next week starts.

I’m so proud of my sister right now because she lost a significant amount of weight as well. 7 pounds in a span of a month and a half. I can see that her waist and face and legs are noticably smaller. I’m so proud of her. I’m glad to have influenced her to living a healthier lifestyle.

My mother has lost a LOT of weight as well because she is eating healthier and is more active now because she also takes dance classes with me and my sister at the SDT Studio. I’m so happy. Mum is by far the lightest among the three of us. She is under 120 pounds and that is awesome.

As for myself. I’m just really happy that I am not gaining any weight and I am losing it at a steady pace. Nothing too drastic like I used to. I purge occasionally but ONLY when the food does not agree with me but its not very often that I do so. I don’t eat dinner as much now if you noticed and I LOVE it. I don’t like eating dinner at home because I won’t be able to burn any of what I’ve eaten.

Anyway lets just keep our fingers crossed that our weight loss journeys will still be on strong and not falter. =^-^=

That’s so great that your sister and mom are getting healthier! When I read the part about you all going to dance together, I thought about Dance Dance Revolution :) I used to love that game.

    anyway, good luck!
